I’m back cooking at the Museum again Saturday October 10th, along with more of Chicago’s best chefs. This day-long series of cooking demos is part of the opening weekend kick-off of You! The Experience, a brand new, 15,000-square-foot exhibit. The demo line-up focuses on healthy cooking and includes:
