Roasted Garlic

1 bulb garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut top of garlic bulb off and place in oven safe Ramekin.
Drizzle with olive oil and cover with foil.
Place oven for 40 -50 minutes until garlic is soft.
